  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you are arriving earlier, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • On the morning of your arrival you will receive a lockbox access code and directions via email and through the booking platform you used. This allows for convenient self check-in at any time after 3 PM.

  • Yes. Complimentary off-street parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. Guests are asked to park at the end of the driveway directly in front of the garage.

  • Yes. Guests have complimentary use of two cruiser-style bicycles during their stay. The bikes are stored in the shed beside the garage. Please note helmets are required when cycling in New Zealand and bikes should always be locked when not in use.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and outdoor dining area. BBQ utensils and cleaning equipment are provided in the kitchen.

  • No. Tresco Apartments are pet-free due to allergy considerations for future guests.

  • Yes. To respect neighbours in the residential area, guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
